I routinely mute the BBC news bulletins on Sounds of the Sixties (and Seventies). Once you become aware of the blanket presence of propaganda in all of the BBC's output, it's impossible to ignore. I haven't watched/listened to a mainstream TV news program since March 2020. So refreshing.
