I had not heard previously about the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich and I wonder if even young Czechs today even know of this story. It is a powerful one and i deeply impactful. The analogy of governments and responses to COVID also makes you think about events like this - I suppose that these are "black swans" but clearly some are planned and manipulated. What a hard job it is to give investment advice!

As someone in the Financial planning world I will certainly be using this to explain the concept of risk to clients and how it differs dramatically to the volatility rabbit hole that our industry has dived into wholeheartedly, probably because it can be measured!
