Great interview Tim and how prescient you were in 2015! Unfortunately we have all been lulled by convenience. I don't often go to Sydney but I noted on my last visit there a week ago that I saw no cash used in supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops etc. It will be easy for cash to be removed as an option and hardly anyone will notice.
